UK SL4 Falls to Bottom at Salmon Farm
Kyl Wood manages an Atlantic Salmon farm up in Oak Harbor, Washington.
His guys dive year round, regardless of the weather, water currents, or poor visibility.
They are each equipped with a UK SL4 eLED dive light to help with visibility, its focused beam cutting through the murky water.
And he says, the water gets very tough to see through indeed, often leaving his divers only with 1-3m of visibility underwater.
About a year ago, one of his divers dropped his dive light during one of those low visibilty dives - and this week, Kyl found the light sitting at 106ft down near an isle called Hope Island.
He turned the light on, now covered in sealife, mud and a year's worth of collected creatures and muck. Yes, it still worked!
Testament to the fantastic build and durability of the SL4 light.
