    Warranty Repair



    For warranty claims outside United States territories, please contact your local Underwater Kinetics distributor (find it here). To review your warranty, receive product support, request a repair, or obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to return a product, please follow the instructions below.


    To ensure a smooth process, please carefully read through the warranty policy here. Then, follow these steps:

    1. Fill out the Return Form below.
    2. Once your request is received, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email or phone.
    3. Before returning any product, it is crucial to obtain an RMA number from Underwater Kinetics. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all warranty freight costs. Proof of purchase is also required for all warranty service.
    4. Enclose the completed form, along with the returned item and proof of purchase, and mail it to our Warranty Return Address provided below. Make sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    5. Use an insured and trackable shipping method for the return.

    Note: We strongly recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for a safe return to Underwater Kinetics or declare the full value of the shipment. This ensures complete protection in case the shipment is lost or damaged during transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.


    All return items must be sent to the address below, clearly displaying a valid RMA number on the outside of the box. Warranty claims should be sent prepaid by traceable means such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS to:

    Please note that a return authorization number is required for all return packages. Returns without proper authorization will be refused.

    Upon inspection, if we determine that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. While you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

    Please be aware that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alteration, or claims for incidental or consequential loss.

    Once the service is complete, Underwater Kinetics will return the refurbished product to you, or if refurbishment is not possible, replace the product with the closest modern equivalent at no additional cost.

    If Underwater Kinetics determines that your product is not covered under warranty, you will be notified via email. We will provide you with an electronic quote for after-warranty repair/replacement service at a predetermined fee. The cost of shipping the product back to you will be added automatically to the repair price.

    If you choose to decline after-warranty service, your product will be returned to you at your expense. In the event of your refusal to pay for the return of your product, it will be properly disposed of and/or recycled after ten (10) business days.

    Please note that out-of-warranty repair is currently only available in the USA.
