One not working

I received the shipment and when I first turned on both worked fine. Within 3 or 4 days as I went to put them away, one was not working. I have replaced the batteries a couple of times and made sure the top was screwed on tightly. It has not left my kitchen counter. I took the top/light off of the other one and it didn’t work on that body either, but the other light is fine.

Any other ideas?
