Ideal for protecting and transporting large equipment and sensitive electronics
ABS or POLYPROPYLENE?
Whether you need a case to transport sensitive equipment on a military mission or to protect your camera while traveling, you need to choose between ABS or polypropylene. Depending on your needs, either ABS or PP will perform better and last longer under your specific conditions. If you're not sure which option is best for you, contact us for advice.
ABS, short for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, is a durable and rigid plastic that withstands freezing temperatures better than PP. ABS can be solvent-welded, so modification/customization options are almost limitless. It is also field repairable, making ABS perfect for expeditionary or military use. Unlike our competitors, we add a UV inhibitor to the raw material, so all of our ABS cases are UV resistant.
Polypropylene (PP) is automotive grade with microcellular foam for weight reduction and solid additives for shape stability. PP cases are 20% lighter and more impact resistant than ABS. PP has very high chemical resistance, so it can be used to store corrosive materials. However, it cannot be glued or solvent-welded back together (i.e., field repaired) if damaged. Accessories such as panel rings must be screwed to the case, not glued. This limits customization. PP performs better than ABS when hot, but cracks more easily when cold.
REMOVABLE HINGE ROD
The hooked rod allows you to easily remove the lid from the body of the case by rotating the tab. Removal is only possible when the lid is open, preventing theft of the contents.
Case lid and bottom cannot be separated while padlocks are attached.

PULL-UP HANDLE
Loadout case pull-up handles are made of super-strong thermoplastic composite and make transporting your case a breeze.
A handle lock allows it to be securely locked in position, extended or retracted.
DURABLE HARDWARE
Three spring-loaded, powder-coated, galvanized steel handles stay out of the way when not in use. Two stainless steel twist-lock latches provide secure closure.
Both sides of the Loadout case feature a molded padlock loop (1/4" dia.) for added security.
Our wheels are custom made from ultra-durable urethane. The wheel shaft is shock-mounted so it absorbs the shock, not your gear. Our heavy-duty protective cases protect your gear no matter what terrain you travel.
